Monday had an unexpected trip to Knott’s. Rode Windseeker 4 time which was actually terrifying since I hate heights. 301 feet in the air with only a lap bar protecting you spinning around. Plus, I got terribly tanned.
I’ve been sick all week and I have a fever today. Sigh.
And I went to Ikea and bought frozen yogurt even though I told myself I would cut back -______-
Since today is a sick day I’m eating tons of food and watching The Hills and Selena.
Must relax.
+Oh yeah, a picture cluster of me. It’s a good thing my sister is a photographer.
Regardless, I don’t care how silly I look, I enjoyed myself.
+I think this week has been such a roller coaster. God only knows why things happen.
Got a glimpse of the youth order forms. It made me really sad about not having youth. I miss it. I’m really praying we find a location soon!
Being at school during the summer sucks, however, I get to see how the OC Fair is coming to life since the fairgrounds are across the street from my school.
Been reading Sex God, I always have to reassure people it’s not bad. It’s an amazing book, everyone read it! It’s funny how I can read it all in my head with Rob Bell’s voice.
I’m really exhausted, I have bruises and pains everywhere. I think everything is piling up today.
+Obligatory, watched The Avengers last Friday with my siblings and sister in law. P.S the Moreno Valley Harkins Theater is kind of gross. But nonetheless, amazing as you have heard, however, it was so annoying hearing people complain that certain heroes weren’t even in it including DC Comic heroes. Never have I facepalmed so much -.- The Avengers in the movie weren’t even the ones who originality started it in the comics, only Iron Man, Thor, and Hulk were part of the founders. Regardless, I loved the movie!
On Sunday we went exploring on the roof of the Convention Center before service and “spied” on people. Fun Fact: It’s literally across the street from Disney California Adventure. I love church!
I’m officially on summer vacation but I have a summer job at school so it’s like I never left. Sigh, but I can’t complain at least I have a job! It’s cool seeing the campus empty though and I was in the library all by myself blasting music. I can now cross that off my bucket list.
So I think I have an addiction to Ikea frozen yogurt. The people at the food court remember me already. I should cut back.
Today is probably the first day I can sit and do nothing. It’s hard because I feel like I should be doing something but regardless I must enjoy myself.
+It’s finally Friday and I’m officially in Summer Vacation!

It rained early this week which set such a somber mood and ended up going to Ikea like twice to get frozen yogurt. This week was definitely a drag and studying for finals was terrible. The only thing I like about finals is having breakfast with my parents, it’s our little tradition.
Yesterday was school detox day. Haaa. After the last final I had, I hung out with my parents, drank some Jarritos and then went to South Coast Plaza for some shopping time. Kind of funny how my siblings all have Michael Kors, Dolce & Gabbana, and Coach and I shop at Forever 21. Ran into Johana, which was hilarious because we talked about going shopping after our final but we’re completely joking yet we did. I fell in love with so many dresses but ended up with a new top, headband, a skirt, and a dress, and also a gift for my sister.
Today was literally relaxing day. It actually feels weird doing nothing for once. Oh well. A break much needed.
+This week actually turned out better than expected!
Newport Mesa put up a Truths Board and people got to write anonymous truths.
My opinion article on what Ugandans thought of Kony 2012 went into print.
My sister’s boss brought her tons of treats from Japan. Quite delicious!
My school has overused the May the Odds Be Ever in Your Favor quote. They use it for everything! Humans vs Zombies, registration, finals, midnight breakfast, etc. Though I am a Hunger Games fan, it’s too much of a good thing.
I sadly already have a Toms tan. Makes me panic about how it’s going to get at the end of Summer. Sigh.
It hardly rained, mostly at night, but it makes the sky looks so lovely after it stops.
Today I spent all after school with my parents at Ikea. Gave me so many ideas on how to decorate my room! So much cute things.
Ended the day with some Ikea frozen yogurt. So yummy.
Finally weekend time. I need to study for finals. I feel freedom so close!
+After all the crazy raining this past weekend, it has been incredibly hot this week. The days have been lovely, though a flaw of going to school 10 minutes away from the beach is the fact that I’m stuck in class. Sigh. Also sadly I’ve been having allergies so that just ruins my days a bit.
On a completely random note, I keep getting Starbucks though I’ve been craving Jamba Juice.
One of the cool things this week was running media for the Summer Mission Trips commissioning chapel, some of the bravest people, some going to countries with great restrictions.
This week has been really odd, more than usual. I also keep thinking it’s a day ahead of what it really is. I say this all the time but I wish it were the weekend already.
